1. Mortgage Statements - past three months

2. Paystubs - past two pay periods

3. W2 forms, 1099 forms and Tax Return - past 2 years

4. Profit and Loss Statements-past 2 years (if self employed)

5. Bank Statements - past 2 months

6. Hardship Letter

7. Authorization Letter from Borrowers
