1. The amount or rate of fees specified in the loan modification agreement for services is not fixed by California law. Fees are set or established by each Broker indivisually and are subject to negotiation between the Principle (clients) and the Broker.

 

2. Mar Vista 21 Broker charges $750.00 as a process fee and $250 as a broker's fee. Associates can negotiate a service fee with your clients and post the service fee in the Loan Modification Agreement.  

Sample Case; A client pay you $2,000 as a loan modification service fee, Mar Vista 21 Broker will charge $750 as a process fee and and $250 as a broker fee, your net commission will be $1,000/per transaction.
