Loan Modification Guide Line 

1. Print out Obama's "Housing Rescue Plan" posted in Mar Vista 21 website and provide a copy to your client(s)
2. If your client(s) ask more detail information, they can go to the goverment's economic recovery website at www.financialstability.gov  
3. You must use Loan Modification Agreement posted in Mar Vista 21 website in order to specify our services and fees. If you provide services to your clients without the agreement, your services and charges will be concerned as a "illegal action". You have to specify the trust account information at Page #2 of the agreement. Bank information; Bank of the West, 123 Onizuka St, Los Angeles, CA 90012, Account No.770037406
4. You must turn in advance fees or deposit collected from your clients to Mar Vista 21 Broker within 24 hours. Mar Vista 21 Broker must keep all advance fees and deposit in the trust account. You must specify the amount of advance fees in the loan modification agreement.
5. You must turn in the loan modification agreement signed by your clients to Mar Vista 21 Broker within 24 hours. Mar Vista 21 must sign the last page of the agreement.
6. Turn in all necessary documents such as bank statements, pay stubs, or tax returns as soon as you collect them from your clients.
7. Don't keep any agreement or advance fees in your personal place.
